In between zone conferences we had our monthly MLC. It was at Camp Alpine. We started with a faith course. It was also a strategy. On this one three had to step on these stumps. One foot at a time. This took balance and team work.

President Russell is explaining the rules.

Next, they had to walk across two ropes holding onto another one. They each had two 'spotters' each side. This again, looks really easy.

Here, there are four stumps with niches taken out of the sides just large enough to fit one 2X4, however, the 2X4s are four different sizes and the stumps are not all the same distance apart. This took team work and planning.

My camera began to die about here, so I only got one picture. They had to swing across the dirt to the platform.

Talk about the ultimate trust! Two Elders (or Sisters) had to walk across this log at the same time. They not only had to coordinate their feet, but had to rely on each other for balance.

I think everyone would agree, this one was pretty easy. Just walk across the monkey bridge.

Same type of trust factor, except here each team member had to walk along a rope and hold on to his or her companion to stay on.
