Welcome to the OEM!!
Our new missionaries came in and we are getting ready to pair them up with their trainers.

Our daughter and her family came to Oregon to visit us and were able to witness this wonderful and exciting event.

New missionaries with President and Sister Russell

As Shakespeare said, "parting is such sweet sorrow"
These awesome missionaries are going home after faithfully serving their missions:
Left to right back row:
Elders Jesperson, Johnson, Thomas, Keller, Anderson
front row:
Sister Roylance, Sister Aguilar, and Elder Degraffenried

The president and I decided to have a little get-together on Christmas Day for those zones closest to the mission home.

In preparation for this, several of the senior couples made salads, desserts, potato dishes, and relish trays. We provided ham and turkey and some desserts.

President, Elder Hyde, and
Elder Argyle made a Russell family favorite; Scotch-a-roos.

With Elders Hyde and Argyle everything is a competition: who made the BEST
Scotch-a-roos????

We were entertained by Elders Bradley, Fakahua, Bearrs, and O'Neal:
the South Pacific Sweetheart dancers

These are just a few of the missionaries that came to the mission home.

Our mission, by zone

And then we had lunch at our zone conferences! All of the lunches were so good! Thanks to all the stakes that provided the delicious food!
