As I mentioned in the last post, we had MLC in Medford. Before we went to Mt. Ashland we had training. President Russell was talking about Moroni and how he had rent his clothing and written the Title of Liberty.

He then took off his suit coat and ripped his shirt off! Buttons went flying everywhere. Everyone was stunned! (He had planned it and had another shirt and tie on under that one.)

The picture is blurry because even the president's AP who is holding the camera did not know this was going to happen. The president had just told him to be ready to take a picture.

 He then tore the back off the shirt where he had written, "Be ye fishers of men. In the OEM we baptize!"

 A pretty good object lesson.

He had everyone's attention.

As a matter of fact, you could see the wheels turning in the minds of the zone leaders as the mentally planned their ZTM for Friday.

Life is never dull at MLC!
